On this sunny Tuesday, we’re excited to introduce you to our latest prodigy, Lucas! 👨‍🎓

Lucas joined us three years ago straight from further education and has just completed his BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Engineering. 🎉 During his apprenticeship, Lucas consistently excelled and has now been promoted to the role of Technical Engineer, full-time. 💯
